Day 10: Filling Buckets

I haven’t been so good being the recording secretary for the family on bucket filling. But I assure you, we are doing it and discussing it each night.

Ellie’s filled her Kumon teacher’s bucket by not being the last one left in class working. (Some nights she has the definite slows and keeps the teachers late while she finishes her work)

Maggie filled her piano teacher’s bucket by practicing. She thought it would make her teacher happy and it definitely did. (It also showed Maggie that a little practice goes a long way).

I filled a 3 year olds bucket today by playing imaginary crayons with her while her older brother was in Kumon class. We had a great time and she even entrusted me to hold on to the imaginary crayons till next week.
